The American Journal of Medicine found a correlation between a daily intake of caffeinated drinks and the onset of migraines and headaches. Too much caffeine triggers/increases migraine headaches. Consuming between 3 -5 servings per day increases the risk of developing migraines. According to a new study in the American Journal of Medicine (AJM), published by Elsevier. What is Migraines?
